DIFFERENT TYPES OF INSTALLATION
Ferro offers two types of installation to ensure that each installation is secure and precise, both types are designed with forgiving system that allows adjustability to compensate for imperfect openings and strike plate that reinforces the door or windows frame for extra security.
Installation with Subframe
A full perimeter of subframe is installed in the masonry around the opening. The frame of windows and doors is installed only after all subframes, masonry and painting works have been completed to prevent damage to the frames during construction.
With installation of subframe all windows and doors can be fabricated and installed more precisely to fit site conditions.
Installation with Bracket
Adjustable aluminium profiles are designed to install your windows and doors without plastering. These adjustable profiles offer forgiving system for all those openings that are not truly squre, while providing a weatherstrip for years of comfortable living.
WEATHERSTRIP
Weatherstrip packing system from Ferro seals out air and water infiltration. With the approval from the international Classification Society of Water and Air Resistance and tested, Ferro windows and doors systems don’t leave weathertightness to chance.
